This intensive institute gives new and emerging K-12 teachers the evidence-based foundations they need on day one — the Science of Learning, the Science of Reading, math foundations, classroom management built on relationships, and how development and trauma shape what students can do. A rotation model keeps groups small (10-15 teachers per session) and the day ends with grade-band breakouts and a concrete 30-day plan.
